We are a family owned business with a passion for the well-being of animals and customer service. We have been in pet-related businesses for fifteen years in Vancouver and owned many pets throughout our lives. We left our management careers in the corporate world to pursue our dream of helping pet owners buy the best food possible for their pets. Our backgrounds are in education and customer service.

We have set up this online store to help people who live busy lives and who welcome the convenience of shopping online and home delivery. We also know that it is not easy for some of our customers to get around and shop in person for a variety of reasons. Providing online shopping is the logical next step to Pet Pantry’s customer service philosophy.

As we have become more health conscious in our own lives, by eating the best foods that we can, foods that are natural, wholesome and organic, we want the same for our pets. We want our pets to eat foods that are free of cheap fillers and animal by-products, and foods that are as locally produced as possible.

We carry the best products that we can get at a variety of price points. We want to help you find wholesome food for your pet at a price that fits your budget.

In addition to food, we sell nutritional supplements, homeopathic remedies, toys, leashes and collars, rain coats, cat litter, grooming tools and generally, all the things that you need for your pets.
