Afro hair studio was founded in Vancouver BC, Canada in 1998. Over 25 years later, our hair salon and beauty supply has expanded to 3 locations, and we are now expanding our products and services online globally.

Afro hair studio was founded by husband and wife, Emebet belay & Abraham Berhe. Both of Ethiopian descent, immigrated to Canada in the early 90s and brought the authentic service from they're east African roots, bringing an unseen product and service for the Vancouver and Canadian scene.

Now over 30 years later, afro hair studio is a thriving family business that has built an amazing community, with 3 locations, and expanding globally with our online services.
